Class of 2021

We had a brilliant time learning about how to keep ourselves healthy this morning when the student doctors from Lancaster Uni visited. 

It was a very special end to the day today when the mummies and daddies came in to read with us. Thank you to so many of you for coming in. The children loved it.

Today we have been finding natural objects with different characteristics. Some were smooth, some bumpy, some long, some short.

We enjoyed a lovely time reading and having juice and biscuits with our Nursery friends to round off our World Book Day celebrations.

As part of World Book Week we had a visit from our Year 5 buddies. They read a selection of dinosaur books with us. 

We had a lovely time with our buddies on the book trail through Dorrrington Wood as part of our World Book celebrations.

We went into the garden to look for signs of growth now that Spring is on its way.

Reception have been reading all about how to be a Superhero. Do you recognise us even when we are dressed as our superhero alter egos?

We really enjoyed playing in the snow especially when our older friends came out to play with us too.

We learnt about celebrating Diwali and the story of Rama and Sita today.

We had an exciting morning running super fast with our Nursery friends and earning points for our school teams.

We had fun watching the Tooth Defenders and learning how important it is to brush our teeth. Then we practiced brushing our teeth making sure we remembered every part of our mouths.
