Welcome to Reception

We have been looking at the four seasons and been exploring the changes in our environment during each season. We have linked our calendars and made 4 trees based on each season. 

This week we have been looking at toys, We 5en used our creative skills to make our own toys. We had a think about what toy we would like to make and what materials we would need to be able to make these. Then we used lots of different skills to make them. 

The change in the weather has prompted the children to talk about Winter. In Nursery we have looked at some animals who live in very cold places. We have been developing our pincer grip to feed the animals during continuous provision.
