Police came to visit Reception.
This term our topic is superheroes. The police came in and we got to ask lots of questions about what they do and how they help us. We also got to dress up in police costumes. We had so much fun.
Y1 Gymnastic Sequences
Today we have enjoyed putting our skills that we have learnt, into our sequences on the big equipment.
Making equal groups
Today, Year 2 started learning about multiplication. We were seeing how we could make equal groups with 20 counters.

We enjoyed taking part in our Yoga Club tonight. We looked at using balance, co-ordination and strengthening.
Y1 DT Bread Making
Today we really enjoyed making our own bread. We looked at the skills of mixing the dough and then kneading it. We are impressed with how they turned out !

Year 3 Magnetic materials
We have been investigating which materials are magnetic and which materials are non-magnetic.
We found out that materials that are magnetic are made from metal BUT not all metals are magnetic.

Making our own bread
We used our plans to mix, knead, shape, bake and decorate our own bread. We worked sensibly and safely and our finished products were very impressive.
