Our Y6 cricket team had a great day out in the Lancaster School Cricket Tournament today.  We played with fantastic enthusiasm, team work and effort.  In our group stage we won 3 of the 4 games and then played in the semi final against Moorside.  The semi was very tight and we narrowly lost.  Everyone gave their best and we hit some great shots, did some amazing catches and bowled brilliantly.  It was amazing to see our skills and tactics develop over the day.  Well done everyone - we're proud of you!  Thanks too to all the adults who helped transport the children and who came to support them during the day.
